More Shopping

Rise and shine. This morning I woke up pretty early, and I did not want to fall asleep on the water bed again, so I decided to go to the couch and sleep some there. By the time I got up the second time, Gram was up, moving, and doing laundry.

Gram and I were not sure what we were going to do on this day, so we decided to go out and do some more shopping at the Mall. We first had to drop off all of the old clothes that Gramp was no longer going to wear away.

I think that the Orem Mall is a lot bigger then the mall here, there are walk ways in every direction. There are also a lot more little stands in between the center of the mall, ones that draw you in and ask for 10- 20 minutes of your time. Gram and I got sucked into one of them, a stand selling items from the dead sea. Products for your feet, and for your face, it didn't matter how old you were they seemed to have a product for everyone. Since it was at the front of the mall, we decided not to buy anything until we went through the mall first.

I looked through some of the stores that were I guess in the teen area, and when I did Gram to a rest and sat down. Gram and I did go into a book store and look around. After a while, Gram got a little thirsty and we had reached another Scrapbooking store, so Gram went for water while I looked around. I didn't realize how much I was going to look through the store, or how much I had taken off the walls, and out of buckets. Reminder to self: Next time try not to get so many things! They had so many different themes, and stickers it was amazing!

When Gram and I got back to her house the Shirley's were there and ready to swim. They knew the pool was there and wanted to get in. Later in the day after all the work, even Marion and Tirzah got in the pool. I had to get a picture or two of everyone in it. They had decided to make a whirl pool: Everyone run, run, run!

When Marion decided to clean out the filter, he found a bundle of hair. Everyone decided that when getting in the pool our hair needs to be up in some sort and maybe in a braid so that there isn't as much hair clogging the filter, and so that it lasts longer then a few days.

Afterwards I got in and we played Marco Polo. I of course was the quiet one and hard to hear, but Tirzah got me. She listened to me clearly, to find my voice. Mariah was no help, she kept trying to tell her where I was. Rye that is Cheating! We all had fun in the pool!

Once everyone was dried off, we all went to Macey's to get Ice Cream. Yum. The Shirley's need to buy some things anyway, so we all went, it was a short drive. They got at least 4 gallons of milk along with other things. They were expecting company in a few days, and they are a big milk drinking family.

It was so hard to believe that in the next day, I would be headed back to California and I would have to say good-bye. They made my stay there the best!
