Distractions
Distractions are all around us.....
No joke, When you're driving, the accident on the other side of the freeway. At home your pets begging you for some attention, or an annoying sibling. There are also other things that may distract you like the music playing or the TV in the other room while you try to do your homework or some reading. The only thing to keep you mind focused while doing that is to close the door and turn off the music.
There isn't much you can do about the traffic problem and I guess for your pets that you'd have to give them a little attention then go back to what you were doing. Be careful when driving though, there is a reason that there is now a "Hands free" law, to keep your eyes on the road not the phone.
....you just have to live with them.
