3 months down

While I wish this was something a little different regarding my life, this has to do with the new kitten we got...3 months ago.  Again not all of these posts were going to be in-depth, brilliant things or even those deep down things that maybe I shouldn't be sharing with the internet.

Got a little off track.  Not all of these posts will be meaty, they might be similar to things I've posted in the past (like this one) or some new/different content ex. Pandemic Me.

So... the cat...after losing our other orange cat that belonged to my boyfriend back in April, he gave his mom (who if you remember fosters kittens from time to time) the task of finding us a new orange kitten.  After some searching and visiting other homes/friends that foster she found us a good one.  Although she (the cat) might be a little broken.  Not in a way that she can't do things, she can.  She is very friendly, full of energy and purrs very loud, she also doesn't like being left alone or eating alone (hence being broken).  I'd say the two relate, she whines like crazy if we try and lock her out (or once she realized she is), and unless she is starving, most of the time one of us has to sit with her while she eats.  Even when I put the food bowl down sometimes I have to point to the food a few times to make her eat.  Maybe its the food, because she will go for Tiger Lily's food pretty quick, although it again could be not eating alone if they are next to each other.

I don't get this cat, she is weird.  I guess she fits, since the cats seem to get along and there hasn't been any fights about places to sleep or toys.

Yaya (after Yaya Touré)
Boyfriends cat, so he named her.
