Graduation and Grad Cap

So I realized looking back that I had posted my ideas for decorating my Grad cap and hadn't really said what I ended up doing.  I decided to be boring, didn't want to ruin my cap (although I'm sure it wouldn't really ruin it) and went with something simple.  I bought some lettering, and some red and yellow ribbon, made a cute little bow, with the ends saying chemistry and forensics.
It was nice and simple, and rested on the end of my cap, and then because I hadn't thought of a way to stick the ribbon to the cap, all I had was double sided tape, which didn't last very long.  We were walking to the amphitheatre and it fell off.  Oops.  Oh well.

Me and one of my closest friends during school Jodi, who was also a chemistry major.
My parents and I after the ceremony.

The chemistry department threw a small party for its graduates and award winners the last day of finals.  A cake and everything, can you see my name?

And the chemistry graduating class (or those who participated in the walking part at least).  Some students had finished in the Fall but did not come back to walk, or possibly walked the Spring before.
Class of 2016 we did it!
