On a Happier Note
On Wednesday it seemed to be the best. Very Relaxing day, Gram and I did some scrapbooking! Gram the first day had to help me out because it had been so long since I have done scrapbooking that there were no ideas in my head. I had pictures from Prom, Graduation and Graduation Night and Senior Mystery Day as well as a few from Senior Night and pictures of Hillsdale.

Later in the day The Shirley's came over to set up the pool (put the mats down and get the pool filling). It was going to take a while before the pool was filled, Gram had a timer set so that the water would not be running all night. It seemed like a small pool, but it took a lot of water to fill! While Marion and Gram talked the Shirley Girls and I played some card games like nerts! So fun! I learned one thing from laying with them, that my card playing needs to get faster. Alyssa and Mariah are master card players and so fast. "Nerts!"

We started with the Graduation, but had to go back out to buy some blue paper that matched nicely with my Prom dress. Gram had some good ideas of her own which got me going, but it was her idea to try and get help from another scrapbooker familiar, my aunt Joi, who owns a scrapbooking store.

At the store we found a great paper to go with my dress as well as some stickers that had a theme of prom, which was great since we had not found many at the previous store. We had found a couple packages for ideas from prom from http://www.pebblesinmypocket.com/. I had never been there but Gram knew her way around. We got some stickers, some paper for the back ground (mostly Blue and red) and some cut out print shapes of music notes, and a diploma and graduation cap.
Gram is an expert scrapbooker so she had many ideas and a lot of helpful tools already at her house. She had glue sticks and sticky dots, white paper, a paper cutter (to re-size paper), and so much more. We took a table out of Gramps office and movie it into the living room. I had decided that since Gram had not seen all of the Harry Potters that I would make her catch up and start from the beginning. Once I knew what I was doing Gram went to the couch and took a little nap.
