Week 1
I have officially gotten through my first week as a senior, in my last year at Stanislaus State.
I can't say it wasn't hard, because it was a little bit. I moved back Friday, and school started Monday. So having to jump right back into classes was a bit of a shock, and if you remember my schedule, maybe you don't its okay, I have 8 o'clock classes every day and during the summer I wasn't getting up that early.
Monday was only a little horrible, getting up at least I mean it was only one class, but waiting in line at the bookstore was bad. Always avoid the bookstore if you can, that is all I'm saying.
Tuesday and Wednesday were super long, well Thursday was too. Tuesday and Thursdays are just long days first class at 8am, last class ends at 6:15pm. About a 10 hour day, but there are a couple breaks for a nap, and to get lunch, or when things get busier study and finish up homework. Wednesday just ended up being a busy day, after getting my free lunch I ended up going back to the bookstore (ugh) for a lab coat* that I wish I had been told about so I wasn't in a rush to buy one.
*I was told Tuesday that in order to do lab work Thursday we needed the coat, yes the bookstore sells them, but a little drive, or more time and I could have found one a little cheaper.
And then throwing in zumba, the required roommate meeting since everyone was actually present, and then working in the music department, Wednesday just ended up being very long, which made getting up Thursday horrible.
Although Thursday did end on a good note, went on a cereal run with roommates and played card games that night. Maybe that's why Friday was easier, or the mid morning nap. Who knows...
Week one is officially done, now I just have to get through the next 17-18 weeks of the semester and spring semester to graduate.
Oh did I mention I've put in my application for graduation?
It was a little bit exciting, yay! I'm almost there!
