My success story

This starts about a week before school was over and I was skimming down on food in the fridge and there was no point to find more.  So there was one morning where I either had no classes, or enough time so I wanted to make a decent breakfast.  The problem was I was running low on everything, and had no milk.  I had cheese, eggs, and sausage (frozen).  There wasn't much, but I had seen my parents make omelets and had eaten a few in my time, I figured it was time to make my own.
My first try wasn't good.  I was in a slight panic, wasn't sure how or when to fold it over, and because i was doing it ahead of time and then the uncooked part of the egg was spilling out.  I was happy though, food still looked good and since it was the first try I was okay with it, even though it didn't look like an omelet.
A couple more tries and a drive home and it was a success!
It looks like an omelet and had some yummy cheese in the middle. Now I just need to figure out what else I can put in the middle and I'd be golden.
