The Process of Making Fudge
200lbs of chocolate (or so it seems) along with 18 oz of marshmallow cream.
Add in the canned milk and sugar combination to help melt everything, and stir.
And stir, and stir, and stir.
And then when you get tired (or give up) hand it off for someone else to stir. You need some good muscles to stir fudge. No, I'm not kidding. The more air bubbles and the stiffer it gets, the better.
Then finally pour onto a pan, spread out, and let it sit in a cool area, I'd say at least over night, but I could be wrong. It comes out and tastes delicious.
I was so glad we got to make fudge this year. Its delicious, rich, and did I mention delicious.
