Sketch a Scene
For my report writing class, this past weekend we had to draw a murder scene, it had to be a room from my house, and needed to include a few things.

The point of this was to use one of the methods my professor had taught us that week about taking measurements at a scene. I used the rectangular measurement, which is finding measurements from one end of the object to two ends of the room.
We had to draw out the sketch, first just a rough draft, and then in the final copy have it look perfect (or as good as possible)
There needed to be: a body, a blood spot, a shell casing, and a gun.
The picture also needed measurements and had to be to scale (which was the biggest difficulty)

This copy I did just so it was neater and had clearer distinction.

Of course the easy way was for me just to measure the objects and the dimensions of the room and doing the math backwards. It was a little bit of a pain, but it was fun too.
