Banana Nut Pancakes

I found this recipe on Skinny Taste and had to try it for myself.  I made a couple slight modifications to the recipe based on what was available and preference.  Sorry about the pictures, I got a little carried away eating before I even thought about taking them.

What you'll need:
1 banana (aged like for banana bread)
1 egg
2 Tbsp oats
2 Tbsp chopped pecans (I used a nut mixture, and crushed them down)

I mixed the oats, banana and egg, then added the crushed nuts and mixed again.  But her recipe suggests topping the pancakes with the nuts once they are already cooking on the pan.
I say do whatever works for you.
Use medium low heat and cook 3-4 minutes each side.
I was kind of doing my own thing which is why mine are a little darker, but they should come out a nice gold color if you do it right.
Check out the video here if you don't believe me.
