So I said I was expanding my reading choices but also expanding my bookshelf, because I will never get rid of the books or authors that got me started on this whole I love reading thing.

Besides the Bones series Kathy Reichs also has a Virals series following the teenage Tory Brennan, the niece of Dr. Temperance Brennan. It is different and new, and I've got to check it out, and well read a few since I asked for them.

One of my aunts keeps telling me about Patricia Cornwell and her books so when I saw a boat load of them at a garage sale I picked one up.  I don't know if this is book 1 or book 105, but if it is as good as she said it is I might just have to find book one and start from the beginning.  

Side note I am looking into yet another author Tess Gerritsen who wrote the Rizzoli and Isles series,  I found her name while watching the show last year, new books new author I'll take it.
