Its the little things
I feel like I'm going to break into song here. It's just that sometimes you have to forget about all the bad things in life and think of the positive. Bad things seem to happen all the time, but if you fail a test, think of somethings that give you a smile, or that brighten your day. Now that I've said that, do you know what song I'm about to break into? No? My Favorite things from The Sound of Music: "When the dog bites, when the bee stings, when I'm feeling sad, I simply remember my favorite things and then I don't feel so bad."
Instead I'm going to list a few little things that make me smile, that cheer me up, and that just happen to make my day a little better. Sometimes Its just easier to think of the good instead of sulk on the bad.

Stay happy, or if anything try to think of some sort of positive in your day, there's got to be at least one.
- Songs on the radio that just seem to fit your mood
- Someone waving "hi" when they walk by, even though they are busy
- The smell of freshly baked banana bread
- Seeing that there are little turtles living in the pond near Bizzini Hall (at school)
- Getting an A on a test
- Getting a foul ball at a baseball game
- When there are Girl Scouts outside a store waiting to sell you some cookies
- Seeing a rainbow on a rainy day
- Experimenting with food and it coming out tasting good
- A class being canceled and having a free day to do what ever
- Getting mail from someone you weren't expecting to hear from
- Going on an adventure
- When homework is really easy
- Free Samples
- Succeeding in something you just learned
- Having a day to sleep in during the week
