Be Mine
Here is where this year, I am very much in the Valentine mood.
I was walking through Rite Aid a few days ago, and stopped in the card section. I wanted to see all of the ideas people had come up with. I looked at all of them, the Valentines, a few Birthday ones, the miss you, and there were cute ones and little ones that made me smile, and ones that confused me.
Some of the cards had a poem as the cover and a little saying on the inside. There was one that I found that I liked the most. It seemed to be a great connector to me. It was something simple and cute.
Before I had seen any of these cards, I was thinking about what I would have said, what I might write in a card for someone. Of course, I wanted it simple and I wanted it to flow. After some time thinking about it, I had it:
On this day, no matter rain or shine,
I'll be wondering if you'd be my Valentine
