Dirty Work Tour
So I guess it was about a month ago when I had invited my friend to come and see a concert with me. It was the first one that I had planned and where I was the one driving. So I had a lot of things going on at once. Printed out two versions of directions, ordered the tickets saved the date, and then it was there.
The concert was at the Warfield in San Francisco, and I have to say I learned a lot about the driving there. The main thing is I don't like it! There are one way streets every other street, and most of the time making a left hand turn is about impossible. So after driving around and trying to get a close parking spot (which was impossible) we parked a few blocks down and walked.
The other thing I learned is that there was a reason when I went to concerts with Tanya we left early and sat in line for hours. Because when you get there an hour before the concert starts (or about the time doors open) you have to walk around the block to get to the end of the line to walk in. What ever right? Always learn from your mistakes.

Anyway, waiting at the end of the line long enough, and we were in! I had bought these tickets a few months earlier and wanted to go because one of my favorite bands were playing Hey Monday. The headliner was All Time Low, which I had heard before and Yellowcard was playing as well, the one band I didn't know was The Summer Set. I had never heard of them, and so I was interested to hear what they sounded like.

Well, I guess I did learn something else. That when you are on the floor at a concert, your feet are going to be vibrating all night. I am not kidding, as long as there was a band onstage it seemed like the floor was moving. All that sound, and there were no chairs, we were on our feet about the whole night, and maybe if we had moved around it would have helped, but standing there my feet just had a strange feeling about them.
